It’s best to book as early as possible, ideally 4-6 weeks in advance, to secure your preferred date and time. However, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings, so don’t hesitate to reach out even if you’re close to your party date!

We understand that plans change! If you need to cancel, deposits are refundable for cancellations made at least 14 days before the party. For rescheduling, let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to find another date that works for you.

Our standard party packages are designed for up to 20 children to ensure everyone has a great experience and receives attention from our entertainer. For larger parties, please contact us, and we can discuss options to accommodate more kids.

We primarily serve the Reading/Berkshire area. Depending on the distance to your party venue, a modest fee may be applied to cover travel expenses, such as fuel. This fee will be clearly communicated at the time of booking, ensuring there are no surprises.

Our entertainer will arrive about 30 minutes before the party to set up, get into costume, and make sure everything is ready for the children’s arrival. For balloon-only parties, we arrive 30 minutes before the event starts.

Our entertainment varies by package but generally includes themed party games (like Pass the Princess, Simon Says, and musical statues), magic tricks for ages 6-8, story time for younger kids, a bubble machine, parachute games, and name stickers. For longer parties, we provide both balloon modeling and glitter tattoos. We also play themed music and lead singing of Happy Birthday at the perfect moment.
